    Applications for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program are being taken at the New London office of TVCCA. Appointments are required. Please call 860-444-0006. The Senior Center office will assist the
    Senior and Disabled population of East Lyme with their applications. You must call the Senior Center office to obtain your appointment.
    Appointments will be made at Twin Haven and the AHEPA housing complexes for those residents. Watch for notices.

    This Arthritis Foundation designed walking program is proven to reduce pain and improve your overall health. Receive a pedometer and a workbook. Pre and post testing. Independent program for 6 weeks. Walk with us two days & one day on your own.

    Choice of Slow Roasted Top Round of Beef, Baked Cod w/Scallop and Crab Stuffing, or Boneless Breast of Chicken w/Herb Stuffing, Potato, Vegetable, Rolls, Coffee, Dessert, Cash Bar

    Cost: $20pp – Make checks payable to “Senior Resources”

    Transportation is available for an additional $1pp.

    EAST LYME PLAYERS – Drama Club

    Drama Club2The East Lyme Players are looking for people who are interested in exploring the theater experience, whether it be on the stage or back stage. No experience necessary. All skill levels welcome. No memorizing of lines. 17 weeks. $125pp. Starting on September 6th. Show week is December 5th.

    For a list of hikes come to the Senior Center.
    Hikes are local and away.  We will transport for away hikes @ $5pp.

    Directions will be provided. Call to register and for more information.

    Wear sturdy shoes – Bring a bottle of water, snack, sunscreen & bug spray.
