This program provides conservation measures to low-income households to improve the energy efficiency of their homes and to ensure their health and safety. Priority is given to households that include: a person who is at least 60 years of age, or a person with a disability or a child less than six years of age. The program shares a single application process with the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP).
