This 10-week introductory class offers a structured journey into meditation practices. Participants learn various meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness strategies. The course aims to cultivate mental clarity,
reduce stress, and promote overall well-being through regular meditation practice. Each week may focus on specific aspects of meditation to gradually build skills and understanding. Yoga mat recommended.
