    Meditation Class

    Tuesdays from 2:45-3:45pm

    10-week course beginning April 16th

     

    This 10-week introductory class offers a structured journey into meditation practices. Participants learn various meditation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindfulness strategies. The course aims to cultivate mental clarity,
    reduce stress, and promote overall well-being through regular meditation practice. Each week may focus on specific aspects of meditation to gradually build skills and understanding. Yoga mat recommended.

    Yoga Barre Fusion

    Thursdays from 9:00-10:00am

    10-week series beginning April 18th

     

    This class combines elements of traditional yoga with Barre exercises, creating a dynamic and comprehensive workout. Participants can expect a blend of yoga poses, strength-building Barre movements, and core-focused exercises. The class often incorporates ballet-inspired movements for toning and flexibility. This fusion provides a well-rounded session that enhances both strength and flexibility while incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness from yoga practices. Yoga mat recommended.

    Trivia Night

    Wednesday, April 10th at 5:30pm

     

    Gather your friends and join the excitement of a thrilling trivia night! Test your knowledge across a diverse range of topics. Enjoy a lively atmosphere, refreshments, and food as you compete in teams or go solo as you tackle brain-
    teasing questions that will challenge you minds!

    FEE: $7 per person

    Monday, March 18th from 10:00am-2:00pm
