Mats, blocks and chairs (for props) are available or bring your own. Anyone can attend regardless of flexibility or injury and modifications are available for every pose. We practice breathing with stretching and breathing with building strength and balance poses. Come to class to recover from injury and illness or simply to improve and enjoy daily life. The movement of yoga asana may increase bone mass. Practicing yoga asana and meditation may
help with anxiety and depression.

CRAFTAHOLICS ANONYMOUS

Bring your favorite craft supplies and any current projects that you’re working on and join in on the fun!  Perfect excuse to socialize while finishing old projects or working on brand new ones.

Yoga Barre Fusion

Thursdays from 9:00-10:00am

10-week series beginning April 18th

 

This class combines elements of traditional yoga with Barre exercises, creating a dynamic and comprehensive workout. Participants can expect a blend of yoga poses, strength-building Barre movements, and core-focused exercises. The class often incorporates ballet-inspired movements for toning and flexibility. This fusion provides a well-rounded session that enhances both strength and flexibility while incorporating mindfulness and breath awareness from yoga practices. Yoga mat recommended.
