Dining Out Program at Langely’s

Tuesday, November 8th at 5:00pm 

 

The community gives to us; Dining Out is our way of giving back to the community. An evening outing of dining, socializing, and enjoyment!

​​​​​​​Each month one special restaurant will be featured. Our van will pick you up or you can meet us there. Each person pays their own tab at the restaurant. Order a full entrée or just appetizers.

Dr. Sullo’s Drawing Classes

Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00pm

Session I:  October 26th -November 16th.
Session II: November 30th – December 21st.

 

We are now offering two 4-week classes for beginners in the art of drawing. Participants will learn simple drawings and at the end of the session will have finished pieces!

Cost is $60 per 4 week session – registration is required

 

Miniature Framed Calligraphy Art

Friday, November 18th from 9L30-11:30am

 

A fun gathering to create “miniature framed calligraphy art”. Frames and calligraphy supplies provided. You may also bring your favorite quotes or popular verses or song lyrics.

Snowman Gourd Art Class

November 29th at 4:30pm

 

Come learn to turn a gourd inro a lit-up snowman that you can enjoy during the winter season!

Come help us make Thrive55+ festive for the holidays. During this time we will also be thanking our volunteers for all of their dedication to Thrivee55+. There will be light refreshments, cocoa, tea, and coffee.
