COUNCILORS GAME NIGHT- EVERY THIRD THURSDAY at 6:00– 8:00pm

Workshops: “JUST PICKED” CULINARY TECHNIQUES TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE GROWING SEASON on Tuesdays and Thursdays BEGINNING June 28th AT 2:00pm

Chef Beplat is a graduate of both the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson and Wales. He has worked in a number of area restaurants and has been teaching Culinary Arts at Grasso Technical High School for the past 8 years. Every summer he and his wife frequent the local farmer’s markets in search of delicious ingredients. Weekly workshops will focus on uncomplicated preparations that accentuate the superior flavor of the weekly vegetable selections. Informational anecdotes, historical and cultural perspectives and techniques that make using these beautiful ingredients a fun and rewarding experience will be highlighted. Registration Required.
