Modern Vein Providers’ goal is to achieve optimal leg health by combining the latest technology, talent, and experience. Modern Vein Providers diagnose and treat chronic venous diseases such as varicose veins, spider veins and other venous insufficiency related disorders. The program will include “what varicose and spider veins are” and they will discuss the different stages on vein disease, symptoms of vein disease, risk factors, different types of treatment options. Tips will be given on how to improve vein health, and the importance of a healthy diet and being active.

Painting With Girl Scout Troop 63748

Bob Ross style painting event where we will sit with the Scouts and do a painting together, spring themed!

Tea sandwiches and lemonade will be served, followed by a fruit cup dessert.
Everyone will go home with their own painting, a spring flower pin, and a small flower arrangement.

Welcome Spring! For this paper crafting class, you will learn several different painting techniques to create three cards using basic acrylic paint and one painted mini dimensional sign. With Nancy Souza, Card Maker, Mixed Media Artist and Altenew Stamp Company Certified Educator

The supplies you will need – scissors and glue. Everything will be included in your craft kit.

seminar on investment fraud and financial scams – and how you can
protect yourself from them. Topics covered will include the “Three P’s of Investment Fraud”:

The profile of the typical investment-fraud victim, the persuasion
tactics con artists use to trick seniors and other investors, and what
you can do to help prevent this from happening to you or your
friends. Investors are welcome to share their questions, stories, and
concerns about these topics, about saving and investing, or about
the S.E.C. generally. Free handouts, including the S.E.C.’s official
guide for senior investors, will be available to take home. The speaker will be Eric Giroux, who has been a lawyer in the S.E.C.’s Boston Regional Office for over a decade.
