The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. SENIOR KARATE II  Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays 9:45-10:30am

“Three more classes and I get my belt.”

Martial arts for seniors focuses on improving stamina and endurance, maintaining physical safety, and even promoting mental acuity.

This program promotes positive personal development of the student. This class is an introduction to traditional karate-do taught in a safe and structured manner which will cater to every students personal needs. Students will learn basic karate technique which will strengthen them mentally as well as physically. Mobility and stretching will be a consistent part of class as well as learning fundamentals for self-protection. The cost will be $65 for 8 weeks. (that is ONLY $4 a class!)

The Senior Center has a Ping Pong table and we are looking for people interested in forming a group to play.  Ping Pong may also be available during Cornhole.

Learn to print using leaves, flowers and ferns.  You must provide your own t-shirt, tea-towel, placemat or apron which you will be using to print on.  Please bring only one item and make sure it is cotton or a cotton blend with a smooth surface (no terry cloth)  All other supplies will be provided.  Please bring an old apron or shirt to cover up with.  Class instructed by Liz Popinchalk.
You must sign up in order to take this class.  Class size is limited to 10 people.

This trip is open to any adult, 18 years old and older.  This trip is Minimal walking.

Following the Matinee, return to your seat in the dining room for a holiday themed Cabaret Show!
