Please join us as we day trip to Colchester Mill Fabrics is Connecticut’s favorite Fabric Store & Quilt Shop. They are a family owned business serving sewers, quilters, and crafters from our full-service retail fabric store in Colchester, Connecticut since 1975.
Cost: $8 GSC bus

Reserving Tables at Special Events

We are happy to reserve a table for you. We will only reserve tables of 8 or tables of 4. You must provide the names of everyone & full payment when you reserve a table.

*Walk-ins will only be taken if there is space available.

Fee for walking in will be an additional $3.00 to the event.

 

Benefits Counseling

Need help saving a little extra money?  Need help with paying bills?  Meet with a benefits counselor to see what you are eligible for. Every 3rd Wednesday of the month.  Make an appointment at the Groton Senior Center front desk 860-441-6785.

 

Did you know that January is National Soup Month?

Starting on Tuesday, January 1st—we will serve a hot, home-made soup every Tuesday during the month of January! Come join us at the Senior Center and get toasty warm from the inside out with a delicious home-made soup! No need to sign up—Lunch is served daily from 11:00—12:15.

Come join us for a break in the winter blues—country hoedown and picnic food! What better way to shake off the cold winter but with warm friends and a great time! Your attendance at the dinner will not only guarantee you will have a wonderful time with friends and neighbors, but you will also help support our wonderful Senior Center and all of the great programs and activities we have!
