Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines stretching and strength training in different levels of intensity to music.

This program is designed for those who cannot participate in a regular Aerobic program. Come take a seat and meet other participants. All movement takes place while sitting in your chair.

Groton Rotary Club Dinner to raise funds for Scholarship fund takes place Friday, May 4th at Groton Senior Center.
Join us for this evening dinner to benefit Groton Rotary Club Academic Scholarship Fund. 2018 Rotary scholar awards of $2,000 will be given to three graduating seniors from any of the Groton high schools: Robert E. Fitch High School, Ella T. Grasso Southeastern Technical High School, or the Marine Science Magnet High School. The fundraising dinner takes place MAY 4TH 2018 at 5 pm. The cost is only $6.00 per person. Menu is BBQ Pork ribs, mac and cheese, green beans, corn bread and dessert.
