New Happenings in Fitness Programming

We were all sad to hear that Sue Wyatt, fitness instructor, will be leaving for new adventures. Sue has been
an asset to the senior center for over 15 years and we wish her the best.
Fitness instructor Christina Palacois has stepped up to take over Sue’s classes and we welcome her. She has
an excellent background in fitness and has been an instructor at Renegade.
Julie Oliver and Arthur Sculco will be taking over the training for the Fitness Center. Julie currently teaches
the Arthritis Strength and Balance, Cardio Fit and Tai Chi classes. Arthur has been offering individual and
small group Personal Training as well as fitness lectures for the center. The center is happy to have each
filling the void for the fitness programs and encourages everyone to take advantage of their expertise by
taking a class or joining the fitness center.
