Participants create all types of jewelry using different methods including wire wrap.

Boot Camp for Boomers program

These evening lecture series explore everything from finances, living wills and health topics to gardening, the stars and planets and local authors.  The program focuses on areas of interest to draw in the baby boomer generation.

Art Workshops

Offered through the Mystic Arts Center, a variety of afternoon workshops are offered to explore all areas of creative and fine art.  Workshops include watercolor, Zentangle, mixed media and more.  All levels of ability can attend.

AARP Driving Course

this course reviews and reinforces safe driving skills.  Offered once a month on a Friday.

Arts n’ Crafts

Paint, sew, bead, glue and generally have a good time.  Easy to follow instruction and good company.  Must be capable of working independently.

Line Dancing

This program offers a variety of country line dancing steps and music.

Ballroom & Latin Dance

Come learn what all the fuss is about!  Each week our instructor will take you through a new Dance style, everything from classic waltz, foxtrot, Tango to American Rhythm of cha-cha, salsa, swing and rumba. You are taught the dos and don’ts of lead and follow along with simple smooth Latin technique. At end of each class there will be a 30-minute practice dance party. Beginner is held Tuesdays, Advanced on Thursdays

MEALS ON WHEELS

The Meals on Wheels program is administered by T.V.C.C.A and supported by the Senior Center. The service is offered five days per week.  The MOWs program delivers a hot lunch, frozen dinners, frozen holiday meals, frozen weekend meals and emergency meals. CONGREGATE PROGRAM

The Senior Center is a host site for the Congregate Lunch Program administered by T.V.C.C.A. Lunch is served Tue through Fri at 11:45am but a reservation must be made one day in advance. If interested, contact the Senior Center in person or by phone at 860-739-5859.

The cost of the meal is a suggested donation of $3pp.
