Torn or tattered American Flags can be “retired” in the Flag Retirement Drop Box located on the first floor of Norwich City Hall, 100 Broadway. Flags left in the box will be properly taken out of service. American Flags should never be thrown in the garbage.
Can’t make it to Norwich City Hall? Drop off your worn flag at Rose City Senior Center and we will bring it to City Hall for you and place it in the box for proper disposal
