Thrive55+ Active Living Center (powered by Groton Senior Center) is the premiere location for nutrition, health and technology and recreational classes, special events and trips, transportation, information and referral services for Groton residents 55 years and older. Programs in health, computers/technology, finance, fitness, art, enrichment and more are offered year-round and there are special events constantly throughout the year. We are active, social and involved and welcome all not only Groton residents. Pre-concert chat 7-7:30 pm/Concert starts at 8 pm.

We take our own Groton Senior Center bus and have a limit of 12 seats.

Let us do the driving—we drop off and pick up right at the Garde Arts Center entry. We depart GSC at 6:30 pm

In lieu of any of us risking injuries we have some safer O.A.T.S. events planned for January and February  (please reply  860-441-6623 to rsvp)   Have not joined our OATS ( Outdoor Active Traveling Seniors) group yet?  It is easy,  we plan an excursion monthly (in warmer months it is usually hikes and outdoor outings) – just let me know you are interested and YOU CHOOSE what you want to join us for by just rsvp-ing to me.  Easy and FUN!

Over 20 companies have advertised this year and all their ads click over to their company’s website. It’s their vision and funding that makes this website possible.
