Thrive55+ Active Living Center (powered by Groton Senior Center) is the premiere location for nutrition, health and technology and recreational classes, special events and trips, transportation, information and referral services for Groton residents 55 years and older. Programs in health, computers/technology, finance, fitness, art, enrichment and more are offered year-round and there are special events constantly throughout the year. We are active, social and involved and welcome all not only Groton residents. You have to see us to believe us; stop by for a tour of our fun and friendly Thrive55+ Active Living Center (powered by Groton Senior Center) Visit Thrive55+ Active Living Center for a delicious breakfast, snack and/or lunch prepared daily by our chef in Coastal Cafe.

Seated Zumba Class at THRIVE 55+

Have a Zumba party while seated! Designed for people who find difficulty in standing for extended periods of time, those with limited mobility or with balance issues, and anyone who wants a great seated workout. Must be able to ambulate independently.  We meet Mondays 10:15- 11:00.  Costs is $35 residents/ $45 non residents for 8 weeks

Wednesday, April 10 at 1:00 pm – Hartford Healthcare presents Minimizing Stress and Anxiety with Integrative Medicine. Learn how Integrative Medicine, Yoga, Reiki, Acupuncture, Sound Healing, Massage & more help with stress/anxiety.

Thursday, April 11 at 10 am Coffee with a Cop: Casual Convo with Groton Town’s Police Department.
