Sunday, May 7th- Trip to Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey Circus

Have you heard the CIRCUS IS COMING TO TOWN??

For the LAST time the circus will perform for crowds on May 7th in Providence. We have 40 tickets for our trip to the show! Yet, those tickets are going fast!

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents Circus XTREME will conclude its tour at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, R.I., on May 7, 2017. We are going to the 3 pm show on Sunday, May 7th. Departing at 1 pm from Groton Senior Center. We have lower level seating. The cost including circus admission, transportation and driver gratuity is $88 per resident, $98 non-resident.

After much evaluation and deliberation, their family has made the difficult business decision that Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® will hold its final performances in May of this year. Ringling Bros. ticket sales have been declining, but following the transition of the elephants off the road, they saw an even more dramatic drop. This, coupled with high operating costs, made the circus an unsustainable business for the company.

We hope you will come to celebrate this American icon for one last time before the tours conclude.
