Documentation needed: all (current) income, name, DOB, SS # for everyone in the home, heating source & company with Acct#, and most recent Electric Bill.

Tai Chi program

TAI CHI classes being offered in January and February; 8 week sessions:

10:30 – 12:00   Tuesday     $63 res /73 non resident

10:30-11:30    Wednesday    $52 res /62 non resident

10:30- 11:30     Friday      $52 res/62  non resident

Yoga- Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-10:00am

In person instruction on Tue and Thu at 9am.
24 classes. Class fee $48R and $53NR.

Gentle Yoga is suitable for all ages and any experience level but is especially adaptable for the varied levels of fitness and flexibility of older adults. A simple chair can be used to help provide support allowing anyone to participate and gain the enjoyment of the exercise. You will learn breathing techniques, work on balance, and build strength. Modifications are always available. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Wear comfortable clothes.

Advanced Mahjong

Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m.

The Wednesday Advanced Mahjong group is looking for more players! You need to have experience and knowledge of how to play the game to join. If you are unsure about joining, you can watch the group play. If you decide this group is for you, please be aware you will need to purchase a National Mahjong League (NMJL) card to play. The group meets weekly in the Art Room. Come join the fun!
