Tuesday, November 6th- Flu Shot Clinic

Flu Shots are FREE with Medicare Card

Walgreens will be providing our Flu Shot Clinic this year at the Senior Center.  Just bring your Medicare card and be safe & prepared to fight-off the FLU this upcoming season! No lines, come and enjoy coffee & pastry or stay for lunch while waiting! Bus is available!

FOOT CARE PROGRAM

Come and get the Foot Care you need.  Our On-A-Good-Foot Program can help.  Foot care not covered by Medicare will be paid by a grant received from Senior Resources with Title III funds made available under the Older Americans Act. A suggested donation of $6.00 is appreciated and helpful, not required.  Dr. Thomas Walter, Podiatrist comes to our Center once a month to perform routine foot care. Are you homebound and need help?

Are you home bound and would like to have one  of our friendly RSVP senior volunteers help to buy groceries for you or visit with you for socialization? Please call 860-889-1365!

Quilt Raffle

A beautiful Autumn themed quilt is being raffled off with all proceeds to benefit future programs and events at the Rose City Senior Center. The handmade quilt was made by the very talented Senior Center Quilting Group. Thank you for the beautiful donation!

Tickets are 3 for $1 and are available at reception.

Drawing to be held on Friday, November 16th and you do not have to be present to win!
