On Tuesday, March 12th at 1 PM @ the Lyme Library, join us in welcoming back Priscilla Gale, from the Crystal Bowl Healing program last month! This month, Priscilla is back to give us a workshop on the well-received crystal bowl healing program. Priscilla went into detail about how impactful sound is on our bodies, and how it can help us heal if used correctly. In this workshop, Priscilla will instruct and demonstrate how we as individuals can use crystal bowls on ourselves to help aide us in healing. She will teach us how to properly use the crystal bowls, and how we can receive the healing benefits from them.
