FITNESS PROGRAMS

INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES—Aerobics, Pilates, Strength & Flexibility Class, Zumba Gold, Nutrition/Chair Exercise, beginner and advanced Tai Chi classes, Yoga and Chair Yoga.

FITNESS ROOM—Our Fitness Room offers exercise at your own pace with treadmills and recumbent bikes. (Please ask for permission/release forms at Reception)
