Recently we were able to upgrade our Fitness Room. We now have
2 new treadmills, 2 new recumbent elliptical machines and 1 new recumbent bike. The equipment comes with advanced technology that is easy to use and will be most beneficial to your overall health. We welcome you to check it out! Please stop at the Reception Desk to pick up the required paperwork for you to be able to use the equipment.
Completed and signed copies of the Release and Waiver Form and Physician’s Questionnaire must be turned in before using the equipment. Each of these forms can be picked up at the Reception Desk along with a copy of the Fitness Room Criteria and Rules. The Fitness Room is available to members of the Rose City Senior Center only.
