Intervals of high intensity bursts of exertion followed by an interval of rest, duration of 25 minutes. The rest of the class will consist of challenging yoga flows with rest to the last 5 minutes when we have a rest and last stretch. $54.00/ $64.00
Cardio and Conditioning: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:15-9:15, Instructor – Liz Kennedy
Standing warmup followed by either steady cardio conditioning then followed by body weight training, or cardio intervals with intervals of weights, bands or balls. Then cool down with balance & coordination drills, finish with a stretch. $66/$76

Working the posture groups of muscles to develop strength , conditioning and balance. Developing the core muscles to maintain and support other daily activities such as lifting weights, boating, golfing, racket sports, walking , biking , running and hiking.
