1. SSA-1099 (Social Security) or A TPQY                                 1. Rent receipts for 2021

if you are Social Security disabled                                             2. Electricity bills for the whole  year of 2021

2. Your income tax return for 2021 if you filed                      3. Fuel Bills – oil, kerosene, gas for 2021
3. Interest statements from bank                                               4. Water/sewer bills – if not included in your rent for 2021
4. Pensions
