New Program: HIIT (high intensity interval training)
Join us at Thrive 55+ Active Living Center on Thursdays beginning 7/11 for an 8-week session of HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts followed by 30mins of yoga and a 5min cool down. For ages 18+, all are welcome! Register on GrotonCT.MyRec.com or call Thrive55+ at 860-441-6785.
