Every Monday from 10:45-11:45am

Chair Yoga enables participants to enjoy the benefits of Yoga without having to get down or back up from the floor. This class will help participants maintain their fitness, recover after injuries or surgery while bringing calmness to the mind and a lifting of spirits. It will also help to improve brain function and co-ordination. A chair is used for the class. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing and appropriate shoes.

Every Friday from 1:00-2:00pm

New session starts Apr 4th and ends on June 20th (no class 5/30). In person instructor led lessons for beginners but all levels are welcome on Mon at 1:00pm. You will need to purchase a ukulele and a tuner. Guitar loaner available. Class fee $55R & $60NR.

Every Friday from 12:15-2:30pm

Open Play – Beginners- advanced beginners, $3 per play. Must have knowledge of the game. No Lessons will be given. Must register your interest to play for the session and then register weekly for the next upcoming date of play.

Every Thursday from 2:00-3:00pm

New session starts Apr 7th and ends Jun 30th and will be held on Thu at 2pm in person. You must register for this session.

Writing stimulates your imagination, thinking, and can heal your heart. This class will focus on your writing, not our editing. Praise will be offered for a well-turned phrase or an image that was conjured up with a crafty use of words. At the end of each class, you will have a document that can be shared or saved. No fee. Register with the Senior Center.

Hearing Clinic with Audiology Concierge – Nancy Jablonski
This monthly clinic will consist of free hearing tests, hearing aid checks, wax inspection, and listening demonstrations.
Appointments are required and begin at 10am. Appointments are 45 minutes.
