Although it may seem like a long way away, time has the ability of creeping up and before you know it, you’ve missed the deadline. “JUST PICKED” CULINARY TECHNIQUES TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE GROWING SEASON WORKSHOPS- TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS BEGINNING JUNE 28th AT 2:00 PM
Chef Beplat is a graduate of both the Culinary Institute of America and Johnson and Wales. He has worked in a
number of area restaurants and has been teaching Culinary Arts at Grasso Technical High School for the past 8
years. Every summer he and his wife frequent the local farmer’s markets in search of delicious ingredients.
Weekly workshops will focus on uncomplicated preparations that accentuate the superior flavor of the weekly
vegetable selections. Informational anecdotes, historical and cultural perspectives and techniques that make using
these beautiful ingredients a fun and rewarding experience will be highlighted. Registration Required. No fee.
