Tech Talk Program

We offer Tech Talk weekly 9:00 -10:00 am in our Technology Center here at THRIVE 55+.  We focus on a topic or a couple to discuss and answer questions.  Come on in! Be there for 9 am start. No registration necessary

Have a specific issue that needs more attention?  Please call us to set up a one on one session with one of our fantastic technology volunteers. 860-445-1057

 

 

Games:

Monday afternoons are set aside as a special game day, bring your own
or use the games that we have available. The center is open from 1:00 – 3:00
p.m. each Monday (excluding holidays). Or, drop in on Tuesday and Thursday
afternoons from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. and join in with friends and neighbors playing
Pitch, Rummikub, Cribbage, etc.

ANNUAL HEALTH FAIR

Come join us on Friday, April 29th from
1:00 PM—3:00 PM
For our Annual Health Fair. Screenings, Informational tables, Senior ID cards, snacks & beverages,
goody bags and more! Come and learn about different health topics, bring your questions, and enjoy the afternoon with us at the Center.

There are many wonderful predators which call our area home. We will learn which ones can be

found in Connecticut and discuss the natural history, and real life stories of these amazing creatures.

Mr. Bourne, the first runner-up in “Mama’s Next Big Act” 2016 competition at NYC’s iconic Don’t Tell Mama’s, is an actor, singer, and cabaret artist who for three years toured internationally with the famed singing group The Platters and who has performed extensively in Boston and New York City.
