One of our exercise instructors has put together a video program that is sent to your email each day, Monday – Friday. Each video is educational and also demonstrates ways to stay fit and active safely at home. BADMITTEN CLASS – FREE
We are offering a new class, Badminton, outside here at the senior center. Classes will begin in June (weather permitting). Must sign up with office. Come and join the fun, whether you are a seasoned badminton player or new to the game, come and get some exercise and have some fun outdoors!
TECH CLASS– FREE – we are offering a “tech” class to teach you how to use your computer to participate in the ZOOM / Virtual classes and programs.
Maybe you have a new computer, or tablet, or cell phone and are not sure how to use? We can teach you, one-on-one here at the Center or your home for those that are homebound, how to participate in the programs, services, and activities offered here at the Montville Senior Center.
Cooped Up With Caitlin Videos
Join us daily with the Cooped Up With Caitlin videos, which are in-formational as well as fun! Caitlin shares her knowledge of health & wellness with easy to do at home exercises in an effort to keep all of our seniors safe & healthy! If you would like to join us and receive a daily video (Monday—Friday) please email the Director, with a quick message that you want to join and we will add you to the email list! We have received tons of positive feedback from this program—not only keeping our seniors moving and exercising safely, but having a daily connection to a familiar face during this time of self-quarantine! March 31, 2021 is the Deadline for fuel authorizations or deliveries.
May 3, 2021 is the last day that a household can apply to establish its eligibility for benefits unless the household is utility heated and has a shut-off notice for its primary source of heat.
May 14, 2021 is the last day that a utility heated household with a shut-off notice for its primary heat can apply to establish its eligibility for benefits.
May 31st is the last day to submit deliverable fuel bills.
PLEASE NOTE: The Senior Center Director will be out of the office from May 15 thru May 22. If you need any Social Services, please plan ahead.
