New free Yoga program JUST for Veterans and Military starts May 10th.

“I just think it’s really important to give back to our military,” said Connie Steffes, a longtime fitness instructor who will be teaching the free class.

If it rains on Tue, come to the Senior Center to walk inside. If it rains on Thu, program is cancelled.

Walk begins when the church bell rings.

Wear good walking shoes, hat, sun glasses and sunscreen.  Please bring a water bottle.

Come join the East Lyme Senior Center, Bridebrook Health and Rehab & Crescent Point of Niantic at our Annual 90+Tea. We love to honor our Town’s 90 and older crowd. Help us find them – call us if you know one.

Honorees can invite 2 guests at no charge!

Everyone else is $2pp and ALL are welcome.

Registration begins Apr 29th and ends May 15th. Dessert made by “Momma B’s Sweet Treats”.

Hot dog and Hamburger, potato salad, baked beans and dessert.

Sing-a-long-chorus will perform at 12:15pm.
