Question the Pharmacist About Everything

We will be holding a Snack and Learn on Tuesday, October 2nd at 1:00pm. Centerbrook Pharmacy will be here to present “Questions you were afraid to ask your Pharmacist about Everything” as well as tips for Diabetes management. An added surprise will be Care Co’s “Happy Feet”. They will be here to introduce exercise to music and fun. Participation is optional, but encouraged. No previous experience needed.

CARDIO FIT NAME HAS CHANGED

Cardio Fit is now BOOM Move which
is a Silver Sneakers program name.
This fun, dance-inspired workout improves cardio fitness with easy-to-follow
moves set to energizing music. The cardio segment is followed by core and
resistance training to improve overall strength and balance.

Time: 5PM – 7PM
The community gives to the Groton Senior Center; Dining Out is our way of giving back to the community. Each month a Restaurant is Featured. Ride the senior van or meet us there. Order a full entrée or just appetizers. An evening outing of dining, socializing and enjoyment! Please join us Tuesdays for a “socially nutritional” evening.
