EVENING OF JAZZ with two legendary NYC Jazz pianists/  singers FUNDRAISER FOR THEATER UNDER THE SHELL held at The Old Lyme Country Club at 7pm $35pp. Pay in advance at the Senior Center.

Friday, March 16- 3rd Annual Tech & Invention Fair

Time: 3:00pm-4:00pm

Middle School students will display/talk about their inventions and science how to do coding activities and make videos with Ipads. Plus there an interactive “retro tech” exhibit of record players, answering machines, typewriters & more!

 

New Exercise Card Payment Update

To participate in our exercise classes you must purchase a card.  This card allows you to participate in one or all of the following classes: Tai Chi, Health and Wellness, Yoga, Exercise, and Pickleball.

($15 Members / $30 Non-Members)

(Income-based discounts are available for members.  Please inquire at the front desk.)

Please join us this THURSDAY, March 1st for our new TECHNOLOGY FAIR! We have an incredible variety of agencies and local businesses who can enhance your life though their hints, gadgets and services via technology!

SPECIAL!! If you have a few old photos that has seen better days – please bring it in for free photo enhancement right here during the Tech fair compliments Charter Oak Scanning.

 

Ingenious Ways to Train our Brains.

Join us on Tuesday, March 27th at 1:00pm and learn Ingenious Ways to Train our Brains. Ingenious Ways to Train our Brains will be led by Laura Kokoska RN. This program will include games and exercises that stimulate our minds and light movement. She will show us how healthy aging can be achieved and how to grow new brain cells and make more connections between them. To register for this free program, call (860)434-1605 ext. 240.
