On May 13th at 1:00pm., Dr. Stanat who specializes in Total Joint Replacement & is the only surgeon in the State of CT to be fellowship trained in Robotic Assisted Surgery with use of the MakoPlasty Robot will be here to present this seminar. 2016 Decisive Year in Presidential Politics. This program will be held on May 10, 2016 at 1:00pm and will be led by Mark Albertson. He is an historical research editor at Army Aviation magazine and has authored three books: USS Connecticut: Constitution State Battleship, They’ll Have to Follow You! Hay is for Horses!!! On May 4th from 11:00- 11:45am we will have a horse here at the senior center!! Our neighbors from High Hopes will be here with one of their horses for us to pet & ask questions about. They will be located outside on our lawn. In addition there will be a sign up for those that wish to make a follow-up visit to High Hopes in the future.
Come explore Zentangle® with us. It is a method of creating beautiful images from structured patterns. Anyone can create a Zentangle®. Even if you have never drawn a line, you can pick up the pen and make a beautiful piece the very first time. Our Teacher will show you the basic techniques and guide you through this meditative process.
