Groton Senior Center is now offering Silver & Fit classes. Silver & Fit is designed to specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. Silver & Fit provides eligible members with no cost or low cost fitness memberships and older adult oriented group exercise classes, through arrangements with certain health plans. Holiday Luncheon will be held on December 22nd at 12:00pm at the Lymes’ Senior Center. It is a $3.00 donation for seniors. To sign up, please call (860)434-4322 by December 7th. Entertainment will follow the lunch.
