Join Universal Defense at the East Lyme Senior Center for a personal protection course on how to use pepper spray.
The course will include the deployment tactics and methods of self defense using pepper spray. All participants will learn practical application with an inert (water) spray and receive a complimentary pepper spray for their personal use upon completion of the course. No participants will be exposed to live pepper spray nor be contaminated.
