AARP Driver Safety – AARP Smart Driver course
Wed, December 6th at 12:30pm & Wed, February 7th, at 12:30pm
First Wednesday of the month, $20 AARP Member – $25 non-AARP Member

GRANDPARENT SUPPORT GROUP – Wed, Dec 6th, 10am
First Wednesday of the Month, 10am – 11am

“THOUGHTFUL TUESDAY” – Tue, Dec 12th, 10:15am
Monthly Mindfulness Coaching. Join Wellness Coach and Pharmacist Lisa Bragaw from Zen & Now Wellness Center the Second Tues of each month. Register each month. $10pp each month.

STROKE SUPPORT GROUP – Wed, Dec 20th, 1:30pm
Third Wednesday of the Month at 1:30pm. Providing stroke survivors & care partners the space to connect with others in a friendly & supportive setting.

PARKINSON’S DISEASE: Living with INTENT! **New Session/Day** Every Thu, Jan 4 – Mar 21 Group class combining exercises for speech, memory, movement and music for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Participants will learn how using INTENT can improve overall health, wellness, and joy! Thursday, Jan – Mar 21, 2pm – 3pm (Olive Room), No class 2/15 & 3/28
Class fee $220 per person. 11 Classes. Registration begins Dec 11th.

Winter Session Registration

Winter Session: Jan 2nd – Mar 22nd, 2024

Registrations begins at 9am:
Dec 11th for Residents
Dec 18th for Non– Residents

If you register online, we must receive payment by the end of the next business day.
Registrations by phone will not be accepted on registration day.
Registrations are not guaranteed until we receive payment.

Make Up week will be the week of the Mar 25th
