Join us! Congressman Courtney and a representative from the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) will be at Rose City Senior Center to talk about the ongoing prevalence of fraud. Discussed will be scams that strongly impact older adults including by phone, email, texting, and other forms of messaging.

Each class will start with a demonstration of techniques including use of brushes, palette knives, mediums and color mixing. Students need to bring a landscape picture from which you would like to paint. All materials are included.

Participants will learn the five elements of creating a stunning market bouquet, and then build their own beautiful arrangements. Great opportunity to learn what goes into a beautiful bouquet! This class is appropriate for all skill and knowledge levels.
