Free At-Home Covid-19 Test Kits

Get Free At-Home COVID-19 Test Kits! Residential households in the U.S.
are now eligible for another order of free at-home tests on USPS.com. Each
order now includes 8 rapid antigen COVID-19 tests (FDA has more details about
at-home tests, including extended shelf life and updated expiration dates;
Authorized At-Home Over -the-Counter COVID-19 Diagnostic Tests at
www.fda.gov) Your order of 8 tests will come in 2 separate packages (4 tests in
each package), each with its own tracking number. Packages will ship to you free

Can’t find your COVID-19 vaccine card? Looking for a QR code? Go to CT
WiZ Public Portal to print or download a copy of your vaccination record and QR
code. The CT WiZ Public Portal allows individuals who were vaccinated in
Connecticut to access their own immunization records, while parents and
guardians can also access their child’s records. You have the option of getting a
PDF copy of your immunization record or your COVID-19 vaccine record that
contains your SMART Health card, which is a digital copy of your COVID-19
vaccine record that can be stored on your phone as a QR code. This is a very
helpful tool you can store on your smartphone for travel, work, or school.

Baskets for this Thanksgiving Holiday. Don’t miss out,
let us help you enjoy the holidays. Last day to sign up is
Wednesday, November 16th. Our Baskets will be distributed on Saturday, November 17th from 9:00 – 12:00 a.m.
Must sign up to receive a basket.

November 8th is Voting Day!

Rides will be provided by the Senior Center if you need to get to the polls. Please call as early as possible to book your ride.

East Lyme Community Center
East Lyme High School

If you are not sure where you go to vote, contact the Town Clerk’s office at the Town Hall

We have additional help by Choices Benefits Specialist, Nancy, by appointment, helping our Montville seniors have knowledge of all the available programs and services from Federal, State, and local programs that they might qualify for. This is a wonderful help to our seniors.

October Is National Organize Your Medical Information Month

Make sure your health care paperwork is all in one place so it can be easily found.

This should include:
contact information for all doctors and specialists you see,
all of your diagnoses,
list of your current medications,
details of your family history, and
date(s) of all upcoming medical appointments,
