THE MUSIC MAN An All-American Classic 2 pm show. The Music Man is one of the most well-known musicals and has all the elements of a great show – a beloved and humorous story, wonderful songs and a big brass band! Lunch includes salad, entree dessert, coffee, water, tea, taxes and tip. We depart at 10:30 am. $100 per resident includes lunch, tip, show and GSC transportation.
**Payment is required to register for any day trip**
Our trips are open to all in our area—not just for Groton residents nor just for seniors– as Groton Senior Center is a division of Groton Town Parks & Recreation Dept.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 1ST ENDERS ISLAND TOUR AND LUNCH
Nice, easy walking area. $16 per person. We depart GSC at 10:30am 20 max (GSC bus)
SUNDAY, MAY 19TH PLANTING DAY at HARKNESS STATE PARK
We talked about giving back to the community in our activities! Bring your favorite garden tool(s).
Coffee and donuts are provided but you can bring your own lunch and make a day of it. We meet at Harkness at 10 am.
THURSDAY, MAY 30TH 1 PM STONINGTON VINEYARD TOUR AND TASTING
Let’s adventure in another fun way– a tour of the beautiful Stonington Vineyards and tasting of 6 wines and keepsake glass. We depart GSC at 12:30 pm. Cost $16 per person. 20 max (GSC bus)
Departure 9:30am and return 4:00pm
Enjoy a beautiful early Summer day in Galilee and Point Judith! Your drop off location will be near George’s of Galilee Restaurant. You will have time on your own to enjoy lunch, sightseeing and shopping! You will be within walking distance to Salty Brine State Beach (Galilee Beach) and Roger W. Wheeler State Beach. You will have multiple restaurants in the area to choose from or you can pack a lunch and eat by the water as you enjoy the fishing boats come and go. Be sure to bring your camera, sunblock and hat!
This trip has mostly walking.
Cost: $3 for transportation. Lunch is on your own.
Bus leave the Senior Center at 9:30 a.m. and returns approx. 4:00 p.m.
