    TURN THE TELEVISION OFF!

Find some soothing music and relax.  Think of happy times you, your family and friends have had together.  Recalling past happiness has the powerful ability to bring us happiness in the present.  Sit outside, close your eyes — listen.  There are so many spring birds singing.

Total relaxation.  Look at the clouds — think about their shapes.  Look at the trees without their leaves — notice the many differences in shapes.  Might sound silly, but these ideas can be  a very simple way to relax.   ENJOY
