Spots go fast on all our trips and some are already filled up. We do our best to get you the best seats for the best price with a quality trip!  Check our flyers in the Thrive55+ Active Living Center, in our Discover 55+ newsletter or on our Facebook page for added information.

We offer day and extended trips around the USA and abroad. Great for singles, couples, families – there’s something for everyone and all ages. Trips are open to the public.

    Groton New London Airport Tour

    We had a GREAT tour of Groton–New London Airport, Mystic Jet Center, LLC, and of Survival Systems USA, Inc. on THursday, May 18th, 2017.  THANK YOU to all involved who took the time to show us around these amazing facilities!

    Thursday, May 25th GOODSPEED-Thoroughly Modern Millie. In 1922 New York, newcomer Millie is no exception, jumping headlong into a makeover and a dizzy plan to marry rich—until she falls for a penniless charmer. A mix of madcap mistaken identity, high-spirited show tunes and tap-happy dance has more kick than bootleg gin in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical. We have Orchestra Center/ Aisle Side seats for this show.  $74 pp  GSC bus we leave 12:30 p.m.

    Thursday, June 15th BEST OF BOSTON  John F Kennedy Library & Museum stands as a vibrant tribute to the life and times of JFK. Following a brief orientation and history, enjoy the museum on your own taking in the numerous exhibits and informative films. Lunch is on our own in Quincy Market then we enjoy a fully-narrated, 90-minute tour on Boston Harbor Cruise.   $103 per resident . Estimated Depart: 7:15am from Groton Senior Center Estimated Return: 7:30pm

    Tuesday, June 27th Lights & Sights Lighthouse Cruise on Cross Sound Ferry Enjoy views of nine lighthouses from New London to Long Island, plus two Revolutionary- era forts, and more! We depart GSC at 1130 am for a 2 hour cruise aboard the CSF fast ferry -Sea Jet.  $28/ resident

    Saturday, August 12th NY Yankees vs Boston Red Sox game with Audi pckg. Watch this rivalry game in STYLE! A 2-hour dining pregame experience in the Audi Yankees Club at the dining room tables, Section 129 tickets, coach bus transportation, driver gratuity, parking fee & an incredible way to see these 2 classic baseball teams play live! $215 per resident for a magnificent experience!
