Andie Mackey, a Home Health Specialist from Kindred at Home in Old Saybrook will be speaking on Medicare and You: Skilled Home Healh  Services at no cost to you.  The presentation will be at the Lyme’s Senior Center on Tuesday, November 15 at 1pm – 2pm.   Snacks will be provided.

This class will go over the origins and benefits of the popular herbal tonic known as fire cider.~ Attendees will learn the history of herbal remedies from Ms. Urban’s mother, Velya Jancz-Urban, the medicinal benefits of fire cider’s ingredients, sample a variety of Fire Cider recipes and then create their own warming, energizing concoction in a 16 oz. jar.
