    Hands Only CPR Class

    Our hands can do so many things, the most important of which may be saving someone’s life. The power is in YOUR hands. This class is appropriate for anyone who wants to learn what to do if they see an adult or teen suddenly collapse.

    What is Cardiac Arrest?
    What is Hands-Only CPR?
    When do we do Hands-Only CPR?
    How do we do Hands-Only CPR?
    What is an AED & how does it work?
    & Choking/Obstructed Airway Relief

    Parade Practice

    The Lymes’ Senior Center will be starting the Parade Practice for the Memorial Day Parade. Please call the Lymes’ Senior Center to sign up.
