    New Exercise Classes

    “Just Dance” Class is an upbeat easy dance class that uses songs from the 50’s and 60’s with a few surprises. This class is taught by Kris and will start January 19th at 10:45am. This is a fun way to get your low impact, cardiovascular exercise in. So come join us! Class is $5.00 which should be paid directly to the instructor.

    Tai Ji Quan Class is a soothing, slow, gentle movements that can be done standing, seated, or with a chair for assistance. It uses the 8 tai chi forms which have been modified to help participants improve posture, balance, strength, and overall health. This format is for everybody no matter your fitness level. There is no equipment, and we never go to a mat. This is a true mind body experience that everyone can benefit from.

    Craft Class: Making Felt From Wool

    Instructor Kristee will teach guests how to make felt from wool. Everyone will bring home a small bag made from this felt. This is a repeat of a class we offered in October. Cost for materials will be $5.00 and will be due to Kristee upon arrival, Classes will be limited to 10 people so please RSVP early.

    Craft Class: Snowflakes

    Instructor Mary will teach you how to make snowflakes. These are beautiful to display in your house. Cost is FREE for members, $5.00 for non-members. Call to reserve your spot, limited space available. If you have a stapler, scotch tape and scissors, please bring it with you, if not we will have a few to share

    Lifelong Learning Lecture: Failed Presidential Administrations

    With the Bow Tie Historian, Jason Scappaticci. Many presidents throughout American history have been the target of an assassin’s bullet. This lecture will explore some of the more famous attempts on the life of the President of the United States as well as the two lesser known successful assassinations, Garfield and McKinley.
