Medicare Uncomplicated Thursday, May 25th 6:00 PM.
David MacNiven of Nutmeg Insurance Advisors will present Medicare Uncomplicated and be on hand to answer your questions regarding Medicare and the options available to Medicare beneficiaries.
So if you are a senior on Medicare, new to Medicare, or have a family member new to Medicare, please join us for this informational presentation regarding all of the ins and outs of Medicare. Healthy Stretching Class
Thursdays from 2:00-3:00pm
As we age our muscles become shorter and lose their elasticity. Aging can affect the structure of our bones and muscles causing pain and decreased range of motion in the shoulders, spine, and hips. Stretching is an excellent way to help relieve pain, increase flexibility, and increase range of motion to enhance our everyday life. This class is for anyone seeking to achieve the many benefits of
stretching.
