Blood Pressure Clinic- Volunteer R.N. is held at the Senior Center for blood pressure checks the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. This is a free service and appointments are not necessary.

Tuesdays:  June 20th, September 19th, November 14th 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM The AARP Smart Driver Course is the nation’s first and largest refresher course for drivers age 50 and older.  It has given millions of older drivers the skills and tools they need to drive safely on today’s roads.  In fact, 97% of those who take it change at least one driving behavior. And the best part?  There are no tests to pass – just useful information to keep you safe on the road! You may get an insurance discount after taking this course!  Auto insurance companies in most states provide a multi-year discount to course graduates! Please consult your insurance agent for more information about discounts available to you from taking this class. Lisbon Landing (Super Walmart) At the beginning of each month, (normally the 1st or 2nd Tuesday), we offer a shopping trip to Lisbon Landing. Each trip is limited to 9 people and shoppers are limited to a maximum of 4 bags (due to space constraints). The bus will get you to Lisbon for 10 AM and will pick you up at 12:30 p.m.  The bus will NOT be available to drop you off from store-to-store.  You will be dropped off and picked up in front of the Walmart Superstore. The bus departs the Senior Center at 9:30 a.m. Please call the Senior Center to reserve your seat.  If you need a ride into the Center, you must book a ride on the 8:30 bus as well. Shopping dates are subject to change.
