Stretching is an excellent way to help relieve pain, increase flexibility, and increase range of motion to enhance our everyday life. Class is for anyone seeking to achieve the many benefits of stretching.” Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers to participate in class.

Latin & Ballroom Line dancing (Samba, Merengue, Rumba, Cha Cha, Tango, Charleston & more!) is a fun way to get physical exercise along with mental exercise by remembering steps/routines as well as having fun and being with friends! Offered by appointment at the Center, the Director, Kathie Peck is a Certified Choices Counselor and offers assistance to those in need on Medicare, Supplemental Plans / Medigaps, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, & more.
