Board & Brush Program

Wednesday, February 15th at 12:30pm

 

Let your heart guide you while creating your very own masterpiece to display in your home. We’ll be using a large wood circle, acrylic paints, sponges and stencils.

Project difficulty: Easy/Beginner.

Space is limited. Registration required.

GNOG Show

Friday, February 24th from 5:00-7:00pm

 

Do you have an act? Each act performs for 3 minutes. We welcome anyone 55 and older! If so, please email colsen@groton-ct.gov or call 860-441-6623.

Dinner is Roasted Cornish Hen, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Broccoli Blend Vegetables, Roll, Apple Pie, Punch, Coffee/Tea.

Cost is $20 per person
Register by February 21st. After that there will be a late fee $5.00

McLews Breakfast

A hearty group of cool people with a shared interest of being outdoors and
local adventure who happen to be 55 and older. All our OATS outings require

Dining Out Program: Pink Basil in Mystic Village

Tuesday, February 7th at 5:00pm

 

The community gives to us; Dining Out is our way of giving back to the community. An evening outing of dining, socializing, and enjoyment! Each month one special restaurant will be featured. Our van will pick you up or you can meet us there. Each person pays their own tab at the restaurant. Order a full entrée or just appetizers.

Book Discussion: Still Life by Sarah Winman

The Gales Ferry Librarian facilitates the discussion.  Anyone over the age of 55 is welcome to participate.  Copies of the monthly selection are available in regular print, large print, audio, and sometimes, as a downloadable book or audio.  Upcoming books are distributed monthly at the discussion.
