Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado National Monument, Grand Junction, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, Arches National Park, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, Mesa Verde National Park (UNESCO), Choice on Tour, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods.  We are going August 12 — August 20, 2022 • 9 Days

Please join us for our trip presentation for our upcoming California Dreamin’ trip.  We shall meet  Tuesday  JANUARY 11th  at 2:00pm to hear all the details of this trip and ask questions.  Registration is required as we need to know how many to expect. January 20th. Leave at 8:30am. Leave the casino at 3:00pm. Bus is $5.00. Payment is due Jan 13th.

Groton Senior Center & Groton Town Recreation present a day trip to Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular Saturday, December 18     5 pm show

Every year, the Rockettes push themselves further to put on a show that’s more dynamic, more challenging and more magical than the last. Take in cherished moments and create new memories with the 2021 Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular! We are very excited to be attending again- this time with covid protocols in place.

We have center orchestra seats for the 90 minute show.  $ 195/ resident.  We leave Groton at 9am/Arrive in NYC by noon/ Depart NYC 8 pm

This trip is full currently- yet, getting on the waiting list never hurts.

Sign up at Reception (by phone or in person) starting on December 6^th

Enjoy time on your own to explore the shops and have lunch at Blue Back Square in West Hartford.  You will be dropped off by The Cheesecake Factory where you can choose to have lunch (or eat at one of the other restaurants in Blue Back Square).  After eating, you will have time on your own to explore the shops.

Cost: $2 for transportation (Senior Center bus).  Lunch is on your own.

Bus leaves the Senior Center at 10:15 a.m. and returns approx. 3:00 p.m.

Per the TSA & State of CT, masks are mandatory to be worn on the bus.

Mini-trips are open to Rose City Senior Center Members only

Mini-trips may be subject to cancellation due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
