    WATERCOLOR- Wednesday at 10:00am

    A beginner to intermediate level class that covers everything you need to know to learn how to paint your own watercolors. Students will learn about their materials, how to plan out their painting, mix colors, blend and control washes and create textures.9 During the last two weeks, students can finish paintings from their own reference photos. A fun and educational class! Students must provide their own materials. A supply list will be provided.

    Yoga- Wednesday and Friday at 9:00am

    Mats, blocks and chairs (for props) are available or bring your own.  Anyone can attend regardless of flexibility or injury and modifications are available for every pose.  We practice breathing with stretching and breathing with building strength and balance poses.  Come to class to recover from injury and illness or simply to improve and enjoy daily life. The movement of yoga asana may increase bone mass. Practicing yoga asana and meditation may help with anxiety and depression.

    DAY:  Wednesdays and Fridays

    FEE:  $50/ 10 weeks

    TAI CHI- Fridays at 12:00pm

    Tai Chi has been described as “a prescription to good health for men and women, whether young or old, weak or strong.” Some benefits include improved balance, decreased tension, and better breathing. 9 For beginning and continuing students.

    FEE:  $50 /10 weeks

    SILVER SNEAKERS FLEX (Strength Training)- Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30pm

    Strength training to help maintain and improve functional, daily living movements.9 Working muscles that are
    associated with balance, walking, walking up and down stairs, getting in and out of chairs, reaching and many other
    moves to help maintain function.
    DAY: Tuesdays & Thursdays
    TIME: 1:30 – 2:30pm
    FEE: This is offered through many insurance companies or you may arrange direct payment with the instructor.
